The way the web page was set up I was able to access the information needed to choose the right type of glass for my wood stove. Just punched in the numbers , style and finishes for my glass. Had a price (much cheaper than competitors). 4 days later I had my glass. The other glass places soonest was a month to get the glass. Glass fit perfect. Great experience.

I was very happy to find a company that would cut custom sizes of high temperature glass as the oven company no longer supported my model. Piece size came exactly as requested even though the a +/- range allowance was noted on the website. Door was reassembled and mounted with no issues. Oven operational again at the fraction of the cost of a new unit. Fantastic!

Easy to order. Great product. I don't use it in traditional way. I use it to protect my fused glass art when firing in a kiln. It transmits heat but doesn't melt. Pins and debris fall harmlessly on the NeoCeram and not on my art. Fast delivery also!

One day glass is fantastic in everyway (Something hard to find these days) I broke the ceramic glass in my pellet stove 4 days before Christmas. I sent the measurements to them for a replacement knowing it would be a cold Christmas with no pellet stove . Much to my surprise the same day I got a e mail from them telling me they were working on my order. Next morning another e mail stating my glass had been shipped .I am guessing it was next day Fed X cause the next day Fed X delivered to my door step . So my family and I had a wonderful and warm Christmas eve with a nice new glass in my pellet stove . Thanks all you folks at one day glass for service above and beyond . I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year .

Very easy to order. Took a couple of days to complete my order and shipped with one day FedEx. I had specified beveled edges on the glass I ordered for my wood stove and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the two pieces and the careful packaging they arrived in. I would 100% use One Day Glass in the future.

Would probably given a five start but I still have to install and use the glass on my wood stove, the order process was easy accurate and surprisingly even thru the shipping I got the glass in one piece first time so it was well packed etc

I ordered glass for my woodburner. This company made this process super easy. The online ordering was very straightforward. I had one question and their phone customer service was a real person in the United States. I tried ordering this same glass from the woodburner manufacturer and it was $100 more and they told me it would be at least 3 months before I would get it. One Day Glass had me the glass I needed in about 1 week at a fraction of the price. The glass fit perfectly. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect, quick easy to order , first thing that came up on google search and my broken wood stove glass door was sitting at a local shop for 10 days with no movement and "one day glass" sent it within 48 hours . Ill update here after a few months of use. By the way the price was right as well, much lower than the local shop

I received perfectly cut glass (NeoCeram) for my broken woodstove door glass very quickly just days before Christmas. Amazing service. I followed the directions from their website on how to measure correctly (then did it again, measure twice cut once), entered the information, and a day later my new glass showed up. We heat 6-7 months out of the year exclusively with our woodstove, so it was imperative that it was fixed quickly. I could not be happier with One Day Glass and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that has any glass problems. After I took the measurements and entered them on the website I think it was like three more clicks to enter my address and then I was done. Easy. EASY!

Ordered a piece of very expensive ceramic glass from this company. They had it ready the following day. Unfortunately I measured wrong. Called them and explained the issue. They told me I could bring it back in for a recut. Took it back, they recut it and charged me nothing. The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
