Do you offer Inside Delivery or White Glove Service?
Unfortunately we do not offer Inside Delivery or White Glove Service for any shipments. If a Lift Gate is required at the time of delivery the freight company will lower the crate to the ground and deliver no further than the adjacent loading area.
Which way does Low-E face when installing?
Low-E Insulated units should be glazed with the Low-E facing on the outside, clear on the inside.

Do you offer glass to glass shower hinges?
To help ensure doors are installed securely we recommend they always be hinged off a wall with studs behind the hinge locations. We do not offer configurations where a shower door is hinged off a fixed panel.
What is a standard shower door width?
Most shower doors are 28”-30” wide however since we produce everything custom to order the choice is yours. The height of the door may limit the width but the door must be smaller than 36” wide.
